During these times when things become too difficult to manage on our own, counseling can help with learning healthier ways to cope, expressing deep emotions in a safe environment, working on goals, and attaining growth and healing. My years of experience related to the mental health field have focused on assisting clients with work-life balance, sense of purpose, breaking through fears, reducing anxiety, and improving self-esteem.
Together we can examine and strategize new ways of approaching life's difficulties to become a more healthier you. You are not alone. Reach out today to take the first step towards restoration and healing.

Trauma Informed Approach
Envision Hope Therapy provides trauma informed care with evidence based practices including:

These techniques include but are not limited to the following:
1) Emotional Freedom Technique (i.e., Tapping)
2) Breathing Exercises
3) Mindfullness

5) Mind/Body Connection Awareness Techniques
Person Centered
This approach acknowledges and supports a client's individual needs in a safe and non-judgemental environment. It also emphasizes collaboration, autonomy, and respect for the client's experience, promoting a sense of empowerment and paves the way for the healing process. This approach paired with other trauma interventions further improves outcomes to client's success.
